At BlackBoost USA, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following terms:

Eligibility for Return or Refund

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.

Any item showing signs of wear, installation attempts, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return or refund.

Fees & Shipping

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Return Process

Contact our support team at info@blackboostusa.com to request a return authorization.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your return.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund minus applicable fees within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Any product that has been installed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

Items returned beyond the 30-day window.
