SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:

Packages are intended to be shipped next business day if ordered prior to 4:00PM EST. This time frame may be delayed due to a Holiday. The duration of time mentioned at check out is an estimate provided to us by the courier. Please understand that there may be delays depending on weather and the current pandemic. BlackBoost USA promises open communication if there are notifications that need to be relayed to the purchaser regarding estimated time of arrival. 

BlackBoost USA ships its material in well packaged boxes to support the weight and secures the contents of each package. Please note once it leaves our facility we cannot be held responsible for how the courier handles the package. If an item is damaged upon arrival we ask that you contact us immediately and we will work with you. If the item is damaged during install or once removed from it's original packaging, at that time, the purchaser will be held responsible 100%.

SHIPPING FAQ's?

How soon can I receive my package?

Most orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 days. In most cases, we are even able to ship orders the next business day after the order is placed. However, if there are items in your order that are out-of-stock but expected within 2-4 days, your order will be held in order to ship complete and without additional shipping costs. If there is an extended backorder time,  we may partially ship the order. In this case, there would not be any additional shipping charges incurred by the customer when the backordered item does ship. Overnight Priority Mail is available upon request, however, there will be an additional $170 fee that will need to be paid at time of order. 

Why is the shipping calculator showing $0.00 for all shipping methods?

If your order total is $1,200.00 or more, you have qualified for free shipping - if the order is shipping in the contiguous USA. If the item is being shipped to CANADA we will have to provide special shipping price and customs requirements. Please contact us for more information.  Large items will need to be specially calculated and we will contact you with the actual shipping cost prior to shipping. 

"Free Shipping" is available via Ground Shipping. If you are looking to have your package arrive sooner please contact us and we will be able to provide special pricing from our vendors. 

Do you ship on the weekends?

No, BlackBoost USA does not currently offer Saturday shipping options. 

What are the cut-off times for having in-stock items ship same day?

USPS picks up from our warehouse at 11:00AM and UPS at 3:00PM. Processing of orders can take minutes or hours. We strive to give UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day orders priority when ordered before the cut-off time. If you need an item by a deadline and are concerned that you have missed the cut-off time, please call us to discuss what may be done to expedite shipping.

 

Please note: the 1st business day after the ship date is considered the first day of shipping. Next Day Air shipments placed on Friday before 10:00 am, which are in stock, will arrive on Monday. 2nd Day orders placed on Thursday before 2:00 pm, which are in stock, will arrive on Monday.

 

Please allow 1-2 business days after a package leaves our facility to be trackable online.
