SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:

Packages are intended to be shipped next business day if ordered prior to 4:00 PM CST. We strive to ship same-day for orders placed before 12:00 PM CST. This time frame may be delayed due to a Holiday. The duration of time mentioned at check out is an estimate provided to us by the courier. Please understand that there may be delays depending on the courier. BlackBoost USA promises open communication if there are notifications that need to be relayed to the purchaser regarding estimated time of arrival. 
BlackBoost USA ships its material in well packaged boxes to support the weight and secure the contents of each package. Please note that once it leaves our facility we cannot be held responsible for how the courier handles the package. If an item is damaged upon arrival we ask that you contact us immediately and we will work with you. If the item is damaged during install or once removed from it's original packaging, at that time, the purchaser will be held responsible 100%.
 

SHIPPING FAQs:

How soon can I receive my package?

Most orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days. In most cases, we are even able to ship orders the next business day after the order is placed. However, if there are items in your order that are out-of-stock but expected in 3-4 business days, your order will be held in order to ship complete and without additional shipping costs. If there is an extended backorder time, we may partially ship the order. In this case, there would not be any additional shipping charges incurred by the customer when the backordered item does ship.
If the order is a special built-to-order item (check the product description), the product is handcrafted per order at our manufacturer in the UAE. This process takes time and these orders will be expected in 4-6 weeks. We will send shipping notification as soon as possible. We believe in the highest standard of product creation and development, which in turn takes time. Feel free to contact us regarding any concerns with a built-to-order product.  
 

Can I change my address once an order is placed? 

If an order is placed and the package has been shipped/is in possession of the courier, we are unable to change delivery address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they enter the correct address at checkout or have their mail forwarded from a previous residence. Please double check all details thoroughly at checkout to avoid mistakes. 
 

What are the cut-off times for having in-stock items ship same day?

If an order is placed prior to 12 PM CST, we will do our best to ship the same day if possible. If you need an item by a deadline and are concerned that you have missed the cut-off time, please call us to discuss what may be done to expedite shipping.


Please note: the 1st business day after the ship date is considered the first day of shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days after a package leaves our facility to be trackable online. It may read "shipping label created" until the courier processes it at the next destination. 

What are my shipping options?

We offer shipping through USPS, UPS, and DHL. We offer international shipping and this fee is calculated at checkout.
